Ask me questions about the podcast/story/video content
I would like questions about the story that the machine can easily generate. Ask me questions that I can answer about the story. It will make me speak out loud, adding to the value.

Please give the option of creating flashcards with the definition in the target language instead of one's native language.
I'm brushing up on my French and I would like the option to create flashcards of unfamiliar words with the definition in French instead of the English word. I think this option would appeal to everyone who isn't an absolute beginner.

Availability of verb conjugations
It would be nice not to have to leave you site to find the full conjugation of verbs used. Often one simply learns the first and second person, especially in the guided course. I have to frequently use Reverso to check out how the remaining persons are conjugated. Clicking or otherwise, on a verb and been shown the remainder of the conjugation in whatever tense would be an excellent facility.

Make switching languages easier
It should not be so hard to toggle between languages. Many of us are learning languages at different levels, and have a lot of different needs (speed, etc) for each. It's such a pain to manually switch each of the different settings each time, and then switch back, that I just don't even do it. If there were a one-button switch to move me between my advanced French and beginner Portuguese and Intermediate German, I would order a premium subscription. I could easily practice three languages a day for more than a half hour. As it is, it's just not worth the effort to be constantly fiddling with the settings, and so I use Langa only for French and use Duolingo for the others. This request has been made before, but it's such an obvious need, and probably such a doable fix, that I have to say it again more clearly, and by highlighting the practical consequence: the absence of this feature is driving business elsewhere. Thank you!

Flashcard listed alphabetically
Its hard to find duplicate flashcards. If we could sort them alphabetically we could easily edit our list.

Add images to flashcards
Images would be useful for visual learners

AI recommendation on daily learnings
Based on my previous learning and all my previous mistakes, the AI should suggest what and how to do and learn next. And it should provide such exercises directly for a learning time of 30 minutes or an hour.

Practice speaking without conversation
I would like to be able to say anything I want without getting into a conversation. I'd like the AI to repeat and correct what I say without asking me a question to move the conversation forward. Ideally rate my pronunciation. I can then use repetition of the same or modified sentence to improve. I read a blog on Duolingo that said to learn to think in a language start by saying the first things that come into your head (it doesn't have to make sense) and over time put related words together and then eventually form sentences. Repeat as often as necessary for your brain to understand the words without translation.

Add hints to flashcards
Example: if the answer is βsimpaticoβ, we'll show s _ o. Why? If you can get it with a nudge, this is better than just seeing the answer straight away.

Add ability to do shadowing, mimicking (listen and repeat) and dictation
Shadowing is an effective language learning technique that involves simultaneously listening to and repeating a native speaker's speech in real-time. How does it work? Initial Listening: First, listen to the entire audio segment without repeating Focus on understanding the general meaning Pay attention to pronunciation, intonation, and rhythm Shadowing Technique: Play the audio again Begin speaking simultaneously with the speaker Try to match: Pronunciation Intonation Rhythm Speed Emotional tone Benefits of Shadowing: Improves pronunciation Develops listening comprehension Builds muscle memory for speech Enhances intonation and rhythm Increases speaking confidence Makes language learning more interactive Alternatively allow possibility to do mimicking: Similar to shadowing, but you repeat after the speaker, not simultaneously Easier for beginners Allows more time to process speech Another activity could be dictation: Listen and write down what you hear Improves listening and spelling skills Helps understand sentence structure It would be useful to record our voice when we speak in order to listen to our voice and understand how our pronunciation differs from the correct pronunciation. Finally it would be useful to be able to replay sentence audio in a loop in order to really ingrain it in our mind. There may be an option to enable this.

Expand Latin American Voice AI Options
I would love to see more Latin American accents added to the voice AI, especially Caribbean Spanish such as the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. These accents are widely spoken and culturally important, but theyβre often underrepresented in language learning platforms. Including these would help learners: Better understand real-world conversations, especially in the U.S. where Caribbean Spanish is very common Train their ear to different speech patterns, such as faster pacing, dropped consonants (like the βsβ), and unique slang Communicate more naturally with native speakers from diverse backgrounds It would be especially helpful if users could: Choose specific country accents (Dominican, Puerto Rican, Cuban, etc.) Adjust the speed and clarity for beginner vs. advanced listening Practice with region-specific vocabulary and expressions Adding these accents would make Langua AI more inclusive and realistic for learners who want to engage with authentic Spanish in everyday situations.

Shadowing
Hi, first of all thanks for your work, everything is awesome. I started practicing shadowing with the app by asking it in any conversation, but I think it would be great to have a specific section for this (alongside the "casual chats", "roleplay", "grammar" etc). Also, a button to restart the answer of the AI would be great because sometimes I start to listen again to a section of his answer but have to wait till he finishes. This one is no big deal of course.
