Is it possible to get an idea of the level that one person is currently at when downloading the feedback?

  2. Use Chat History for personal improvements

I think it would be great if the AI can access all of a user's chat history. In this way the AI can provide better conversation and can simulate better to be a real tutor. This feature can also be available only in premium accounts, I think it's worth it.

  3. Allow to redo last phrase with AI

Sometimes pronunciation is not good, or I want to practice suggested (more natural phrase), but I cannot, as the dialogue moves forward. If there is a button to retry - it will give more room for improvement.

  4. Adaptive learning: resume conversation from one day to another

It is well documented that vocabulary has to be repeated several times to be memorized. It would be useful if the AI speaker could record the mistakes the learner made from one conversation to another to practice them specifically until it is memorized.

  6. Mock exam

This could gain more attraction from the language learner if this platform has a Mock exam feature to assess proficiency level. For example in learning English, people want to know how much score they will get in IELTS exam. The mock exam should have the same structure as the actual exam: Listening Reading Speaking Writing It's not only limited to English but it can also be expanded to other language. French = DELF/DALF Dutch = NT2 German = TestDaF Chinese = HSK the list will go on and on

  7. Grammar Choices with AI Chat

I love practicing grammar with AI Chat. When it asks what I would like to practice, it would be great to have a list of grammatical options to practice instead of having to suggest it.

  8. Select two or three word phrases not just single words in chat to create flashcards

Often I want to import a short phrase into my flashcards, not just a word. I can click on a single word and import it into flashcards but I can't do that with two or three words together. Often the combination of two or three words has a unique meaning which is not addressed by just picking one word from them.

  9. Indication of words already saved and deduplication of saved words

I added a word to my vocabulary from chat at some point using the default 'Add to Vocabulary' button inside the word popup. I came across this word later and didn't realize it had already been added since there wasn't any indication as far as I remember. This time, I expanded the 'All Meanings' section and clicked the add button next to all 3 of the definitions shown since they were different enough to be worth remembering. When going through my vocabulary list later, I noticed that I now had 4 entries for this word, each with a single definition. There are a few issues with this flow: If I'm seeing a word in a chat that is already in my saved vocabulary, it should indicate that in some way. This indication should not only be inside the word popup, but it should also be emphasized some way within the chat. The latter is the part that provides that extra signal to the brain of either "you've saved this word in the past, so nice job remembering its meaning this time" or "you've saved this word in the past and still had no idea what it meant this time, so maybe you should do some focused practice with it". If I add multiple definitions to a word, they should be added to a single vocabulary entry. In my example above, I would expect a single entry for this word with 4 definitions. I would understand the duplication if this were a word that had been saved with different conjugations or declensions, but this was a basic standalone adjective with the exact same spelling. I think that the worst offender in this case was when I added multiple meanings for a word within the same popup and it resulted in separate entries for each of those meanings.

  10. Ask me questions about the video content

I would like questions about the story that the machine can easily generate. Ask me questions that I can answer about the story. It will make me speak out loud, adding to the value.

  12. Ability to easily switch between languages learning

It's cumbersome for me (only 2 weeks into using your site) to switch languages. I am working on 4 different ones, all at different levels. I found today, that asking while in Spanish for a created new story from my saved vocabulary resulted in some German words being added into the Spanish and some made up words, too. I imagine you all will work this out over time and as AI develops. Thank you for all you are doing! This tool is amazing.

  13. Follow up exercises on corrections

Feedback reports are really useful, but they are not actionable. Once you make a mistake and Langua offers you a correction, both get lost in the chat history. It would be very useful that Langua had some kind of exam/practice/review mode (with dedicated modules, ideally) where the system retests you on the grammar points, words or phrases you fail during the chats.

  14. Add monolingual definition when tapping on a word

I love the many choices we are presented with when tapping on a word. However, I'm missing one that is particularly useful for advanced learners - the monolingual definition of the word (with a brief list of the main possible meanings).

  15. Easier way to add a phrase/sentence to flashcards

Clicking on a sentence in a lesson only allows you to add a word to flashcards. The only way to add a phrase is to have it generate phrases from the selected word. There needs to be the ability to add a complete phrase within any lesson. Studies show learning phrases is far more effective learning than just singular words with no context.
