Based on my previous learning and all my previous mistakes, the AI should suggest what and how to do and learn next. And it should provide such exercises directly for a learning time of 30 minutes or an hour.

This could gain more attraction from the language learner if this platform has a Mock exam feature to assess proficiency level. For example in learning English, people want to know how much score they will get in IELTS exam. The mock exam should have the same structure as the actual exam: Listening Reading Speaking Writing It's not only limited to English but it can also be expanded to other language. French = DELF/DALF Dutch = NT2 German = TestDaF Chinese = HSK the list will go on and on

I'm brushing up on my French and I would like the option to create flashcards of unfamiliar words with the definition in French instead of the English word. I think this option would appeal to everyone who isn't an absolute beginner.

I cannot find a way to turn off the gamification items (streak, leaderboard ) in the Communicate section. As I hate gamification could an option be added in the settings to hide those items?

Some of the icons on the buttons are not easy to understand. Would be useful, therefore, to have mouse-over tooltips that popup a name for the button when the mouse is over it. Some people don't like them so an option to disable them in settings would be a good idea as well.

I suggest that you come up with a lifetime subscription plan!

is it possible to have a separate writing section where you can write about a subject and the AI can correct or recommend an alternate was of writing or expressing your idea like a composition page

Please stop interrupting my learning everyday with updates on my streak. I already prepaid for a full year, which means I'm already self-motivated and do not need incentives through gamification. In fact, it has the opposite intended effect: it irritates me and dissuades me from using the app. Perhaps a "disable streak reminder" option? I understand this a streak gamification is a business decision to keep people hooked/engaged, so could you perhaps make this a "premium setting" for those who already prepaid for a whole year? User Benefit = a better balance of speaking and reading enabling faster progression; Languatalk Benefit = more premium subscribers as users can cancel their subscription for platforms like LingQ and Readlang and consolidate their spend onto one platform, LanguaTalk. FULL DESCRIPTION: Research shows that reading interesting, level-relevant content such as fiction & non-fiction books in your target language is as important as Speaking in your target language. Currently LanguaTalk falls short in this key area compared to other platforms (e.g. Readlang & LingQ) because the 50k Character Limit on imports means users can only upload ~1.5 chapters of a book at a time, which is not a user friendly experience as an average book can contain 300,000 words and 1.5m characters = about 30 separate uploads.) Removing the character limit to enable full books would provide a better balance of speaking and reading enabling faster language acquisition. To prevent cost overrun for Languatalk the import option to "create audio from the text (Pro feature)" should remain limited to the first 50k characters of any import.

Images would be useful for visual learners

It's cumbersome for me (only 2 weeks into using your site) to switch languages. I am working on 4 different ones, all at different levels. I found today, that asking while in Spanish for a created new story from my saved vocabulary resulted in some German words being added into the Spanish and some made up words, too. I imagine you all will work this out over time and as AI develops. Thank you for all you are doing! This tool is amazing.
