  4. Flashcards that list all of the verb forms for each tense

I'm often trying to remind myself of the verb form in a particular context (first person, second etc) for a particular tense. I'd love flashcards for each verb x tense that list the forms.

  5. AI recommendation on daily learnings

Based on my previous learning and all my previous mistakes, the AI should suggest what and how to do and learn next. And it should provide such exercises directly for a learning time of 30 minutes or an hour.

  6. There are no specific courses.

There are no specific courses (A1-C1) you can take together with AI. This would make choosing what to do much easier.

  7. I am not learning English

This is such a great app in so many ways. But the thing that annoys me most is wasting time. And in the beginner lessons, I have to sit through a very long explanation spoken out loud in English introducing me to the fact that I'm here to learn vocabulary and why it's important (um, obviously), and in a very slow voice because I've set the settings for the 2% of the time the AI is actually speaking the target language. This is excruciatingly painful to sit through, almost so much I'm about to give up on the app for first lessons. I've already read it in one second, so I can skip to the end and miss the explanation, but then I don't hear the phrase. There has to be a better way (especially because I really don't need any explanation in English at all for why it's important to ask for someone to slow down or repeat themselves!!). For example: do we really need to hear these instructions spoken? Could we have the English (/original language) instructions written for those who may need them, then have the speaking voice could start specifically when it comes to the words I'm supposed to pronounce? That would also help in a second way: in hearing a new phrase, I want to hear it pronounced several times, and I don't want to listen to the whole thing or select individual words.

  8. Pronounciation accuracy

I have been religiously using this apps to improve my grammatical translation. It would be great if you guys could add a feature where I am getting feedback on my pronounciation and cadence when I reply to AI. Otherwise, I am forced to abandon this apps and pay for another app subscription that offer such features.

  11. Use Chat History for personal improvements

I think it would be great if the AI can access all of a user's chat history. In this way the AI can provide better conversation and can simulate better to be a real tutor. This feature can also be available only in premium accounts, I think it's worth it.

  12. Mock exam

This could gain more attraction from the language learner if this platform has a Mock exam feature to assess proficiency level. For example in learning English, people want to know how much score they will get in IELTS exam. The mock exam should have the same structure as the actual exam: Listening Reading Speaking Writing It's not only limited to English but it can also be expanded to other language. French = DELF/DALF Dutch = NT2 German = TestDaF Chinese = HSK the list will go on and on

  14. Indication of words already saved and deduplication of saved words

I added a word to my vocabulary from chat at some point using the default 'Add to Vocabulary' button inside the word popup. I came across this word later and didn't realize it had already been added since there wasn't any indication as far as I remember. This time, I expanded the 'All Meanings' section and clicked the add button next to all 3 of the definitions shown since they were different enough to be worth remembering. When going through my vocabulary list later, I noticed that I now had 4 entries for this word, each with a single definition. There are a few issues with this flow: If I'm seeing a word in a chat that is already in my saved vocabulary, it should indicate that in some way. This indication should not only be inside the word popup, but it should also be emphasized some way within the chat. The latter is the part that provides that extra signal to the brain of either "you've saved this word in the past, so nice job remembering its meaning this time" or "you've saved this word in the past and still had no idea what it meant this time, so maybe you should do some focused practice with it". If I add multiple definitions to a word, they should be added to a single vocabulary entry. In my example above, I would expect a single entry for this word with 4 definitions. I would understand the duplication if this were a word that had been saved with different conjugations or declensions, but this was a basic standalone adjective with the exact same spelling. I think that the worst offender in this case was when I added multiple meanings for a word within the same popup and it resulted in separate entries for each of those meanings.
