Based on my previous learning and all my previous mistakes, the AI should suggest what and how to do and learn next. And it should provide such exercises directly for a learning time of 30 minutes or an hour.

Is it possible to make the streak optional? There has been a few times when the system glitched, and it removed my streak. Even now, it says I have a one day streak; however, my history shows that I have talked several days in a row. The streak can be a little discouraging. It would be nice to have the option to not have it displayed.

Sometimes pronunciation is not good, or I want to practice suggested (more natural phrase), but I cannot, as the dialogue moves forward. If there is a button to retry - it will give more room for improvement.

I often go to ChatGPT to get answers on a word’s meaning or a grammatical concept specific to my target dialect (Mexican Spanish) in my native language (English). I would spend more time in Langua if I didn’t have to leave the environment to have these “meta conversations” about my target language.

Enable users to click the subject areas they wish to focus on and develop their own study plan. At the moment if I want to focus on direct and indirect pronouns in A2 I have to go I to that area and if I also want to focus on 2 or 3 things in b1 grammar I need to go into the b1 boxes and do them individually from there. Would love to be able to pull topics into my own study box from across a2, b1 so my focus is clearer.

Images would be useful for visual learners

I think it would be great if the AI can access all of a user's chat history. In this way the AI can provide better conversation and can simulate better to be a real tutor. This feature can also be available only in premium accounts, I think it's worth it.

It would be cool if LanguaStream kept a time log of how many minutes per day/week/month you spent watching video and listening to input.

It would be nice to have the option to change font sizes in settings - both for when you are in talking mode and reading the live transcript and when you are pulling up your saved chat transcripts from history. It would be good for those of us whose eyesight is starting to go but don't want to wear glasses all the time.

I currently speak Ukrainian at an intermediate or so level, but I would like to continue to perfect my knowledge of this language via this platform :)

I would like a feature where I say a sentence (maybe based on my vocabulary list), I get immediate feedback on improving pronunciation of words or phrases, hear the correct pronunciation and I have to continue to say the sentence/ words until I pronounce them correctly. Just hearing me say the sentence (the new and excellent feature) doesn't help me improve my pronunciation and accent.

I'm trying to learn Ukrainian and am seeking resources for conversation practice, but the pro plans offered are expensive and full of features I can't use or don't need. Ukrainian isn't offered in the existing podcast and video resources, so I wouldn't be able to take advantage of those features. I don't need to create flash cards, upload my own content, save content, or tutoring. I really just need the conversation practice. A reduced price pro plan with access to only the AI Chat bot would be very appealing.

Give the AI some back-story narrative. Where it lives, what it does for a living, etc and stick to it.Change up what the AI is 'currently doing'. 'I'm at the shops', or ' I'm on my way to work', etc I've found the AI is inconsistent when it talks about itself, and this makes conversation hard. Not only is it inconsistent across multiple conversations, but it is inconsistent in the same conversation as well. For example, 'Lena' has mentioned she lives in Poland, and so I structure our conversation with questions about Poland. Today, she says she lives in Australia. It feels janky, and does not really represent a real conversation with a real person, which is what this is supposed to mimic. I've also found 'Lena' is always either 'at the park with dogs' or 'reading a book'. It limits the conversation and interactions to those topics. Fluency comes from variation, and I feel this issue is very limiting, especially when the AI won't get off that topic or keeps referring back to it. Bonus feedback: The AI always seems to start the conversation in the same way; by asking how I am. Having different 'initial interactions' would feel more natural, and also sets the potential topic for the conversation. For example 'Hey, I'm at the dry cleaners' or 'Hey, I was just looking at a travel guide for Greece'.
